Gemini also operates a helpdesk, which is supported by scientists in all the partner communities as well as the observatory itself.
For time allocated on non-NOAO facilities, the System User Support group designates a contact scientist for each facility. The appropriate scientist can be contacted directly by email or through the NOAO-wide helpdesk (under construction).
